Move-Out Cleaning

After the truck and cars are loaded, you are exhausted and the only thing on your mind is getting to your new home. But wait, you still must clean the home!
The seller is typically expected to present the home in what some in the industry refer to as “broom-swept condition.” Broom swept, or broom clean, condition typically includes sweeping or vacuuming the floors, removing garbage, emptying cupboards, clearing closets and the refrigerator (if one is included) and clearing the property of any personal belongings. Sometimes professional cleaning is included as a condition within the agreement of purchase and sale (APS).
Move-In Cleaning

Moving into a new home is always exciting but it's a good idea to have it detail-cleaned, sanitized, disinfected and deodorized before you take up residency. We focus on important areas that often get overlooked during everyday cleaning sessions.
We include the cleaning, disinfecting, and deodorizing of the following:

+ Inside washer and dryer
+ Cupboards, inside and out
Add our Disinfectant Spray Service and Window Cleaning Service for the whole house at a discounted price when you book a Move-In cleaning. We use a hospital disinfectant cleaner, mold killer and super effective odour eliminator that is approved by Health Canada.
Tenant Turnover Cleaning
STARTING AT $229.00
Tenants appreciate but have also come to expect landlords/Property Management to provide a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized unit upon move-in. For busy landlords, time is money, and cleaning takes a tremendous amount of time. Therefore, hiring a professional cleaning company is an efficient way to close out the rental turnover process.
Add our Disinfectant Spray Service and Window Cleaning Service for the whole house at a discounted price when you book a tenant turnover cleaning. We use a hospital disinfectant cleaner, mold killer and super effective odour eliminator that is approved by Health Canada. We can provide a Service Completion Certificate to show your new tenant.

We may consider special requests jobs outside of our area, but there would be an additional charge for travel.

Real Estate and Deep Cleaning - Since we normally quote you site unseen for real estate and deep cleaning, we will provide an estimate based on the time it would take to clean a typical home plus any extra requests. We do have a minimum charge for each booking depending on the service(s) requested.
Our quote provides an estimate and range of time for all our services. If we believe there will be additional charges above the quote provided, we will get your authorization before proceeding. Things that could impact the pricing are clutter, pets, frequency of deep cleanings, lifestyle and additional requests after quote.
If we clean the home in less time than estimated, you will only be charged the time we were there or our minimum charge.
Disinfectant Service - Minimum charge (up to 1500sqft). Additional charge per square foot over 1500sqft.
Window Cleaning – We require a physical inspection in order to quote this work.

We bring all supplies and equipment to get the job done. If you have a specific request for us to use your vacuum, mop or product please leave instructions on the booking form in the “additional comments” section. Price will not be altered for using your supplies/equipment.
